Upon arrival in Siem Reap, you’ll be transferred to the hotel, where you will have time to relax and enjoy the pool.
You will then meet your host for a welcome drink and an introduction to photography, followed by a khmer dinner.
Today your photographer guide will take you to stunning areas of Angkor Wat to capture the beauty of the ruins immersed in the jungle. You will have a full day to capture the beauty of Banteay Kdei – Bayon – Preah Khan – Angkor. He will provide recommendation on how to take the best photos and will encourage you to try different perspectives and angles.
The evening is free to relax and explore Siem Reap on your own. Take a walk and explore the surroundings to capture the vibrant night atmosphere.
Today it’s one of the highlights of our tour! We will rise super early to capture the stunning colours of sunrise over Angkor Wat. After breakfast, we will explore more temples across the site and a monastery to witness the life of buddhist monks.
In the afternoon we will enjoy the Angkor complex basking in the glorious sunset golden light.
Tonight, immerse yourself into the khmer culture and let some Royal Ballet dancers entertain you over dinner with a traditional apsara dance show.
Today we leave Siem Reap to capture the unspoilt beauty of Kulen National Park, a stunning location for shooting waterfalls and locals. Enjoy the natural surroundings, visit a pagoda, enjoy a picnic and take a dip in the water to refresh before returning to Siem Reap.
Today is focused on people’s photography, with lots of opportunities to capture locals in their daily environment.
We start the day in Banteay Srey, enjoying the pink temples in the morning light. We’ll then get a glimpse of the local countryside life observing the work of farmers and wandering around some villages.
In the afternoon we’ll explore the communities along Tonle Sap Lake, connecting with locals and learning about their life on stilt homes, before getting on a boat to discover the communities living on floating homes further out on the lake. Such a unique site for great photos!
Today we head to one of the local markets in town to capture a glimpse of the real Cambodian life: an explosion of colours and plenty of opportunities for street photography!
Later, we head to a unique site to capture the simple grace of buddhist monks.
Today we will say goodbye to a land of smiles and simple beauty, and we hope you will bring home not just a portfolio of amazing images, but a newly discovered sense of appreciation for our world and the humans in it. But your transformative adventure doesn’t end here. Once home, you will start our post-trip program to continue training your mind, your eyes and deepen your creativity and photography practice.
