Enjoy a perfect combination of activities to purify the body and the soul, balancing body and mind towards a natural harmonious state of being.

A selection of hands-on culinary activities, luxurious balinese-style pampering, healing treatments and 1 on 1 consultations with a nutritionist will let you acquire the knowledge and the skills to detox your body while discovering an enchanting land.

Learn how to make vegan dishes that please both the eye and the body. Balinese culinary pros will guide you through key techniques including juicing, sprouting, sweet and savory blending, low temperature baking and dehydrating. Discover yummy recipes and learn how to blend flavours and textures to create outstanding food presentations. Then, in the evening, celebrate the closing of each day with a delicious vegan dinner.

Before and during the retreat you will discuss your eating habits with a nutritionist and get customized advice to improve your nutrition for better health.

As with all our retreats, transformation doesn’t end with the trip. Once home, you will be supported by our exclusive wellbeing program to make wellness a daily affair.
